Cumberland has now completed another exciting project in the Heart of Mayfair on behalf of Chelsfield Partners.
Chelsfield’s head office is a grade II listed building on Brook Street in London’s exclusive district, Mayfair. The offices, set over five floors were fully refurbished both internally and externally by Cumberland in a project worth around £1.8m.
The extensive works which took 14 weeks to complete included – A full electrical upgrade of the premises ‐ Installation of Air Conditioning throughout ‐ Installation of bespoke joinery, all manufactured to the highest quality in Cumberland’s own joinery workshop ‐ Restoration of the buildings original features ‐ Internal decoration including marble restoration.
Cumberland’s team worked closely with one of London’s leading design practices; Target Living as well as Jackson Coles who oversaw the project management and quantity surveying. During the development, the teams established a constructive working relationship which contributed to its smooth running and ensured that the entire project was delivered back to Chelsfield Partners on time and on budget.
