Cumberland has established an admirable relationship with Harrods, which is largely credited to the open and honest approach to working with the project team from the outset. As a result of our professional approach and willingness to assist Harrods with every detail, Cumberland was awarded a number of significant projects during 2013.
The Wine & Whisky Project, January 2013 – An entirely bespoke scheme which required a transient and sympathetic way of working with the department merchandise and installation.
Luxury Fragrance Room, May 2013 – A beautifully designed scheme with exceptional specialist finishes and design initiatives. Predominantly bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, glass and metalwork fabrication throughout the scheme.
Coin Relocation Project – Contractual and structural works only. This project allowed Cumberland to display our contracting capabilities and approach to structural works within the buildings historic surrounds.
Stationary Project, June 2013 – Turn key project delivered and installed in a live sales environment, minimal disruption to customers was paramount to the success of this project as for the surrounding brands within the department. Intricate detailing associated to the fixture production which comprised of a high percentage of glass and specialist paint finishes.
