Cumberland were delighted to be awarded the prototype bedroom refurbishment project for The Park Lane Mews Hotel, a luxury 4 star boutique hotel in Mayfair accommodating 70 rooms and 2 room suites. The Cumberland team were excited to work with designers Target Living on this project.
The project consisted of an initial strip out, New partition walls were then installed – New ceilings – Bespoke in house joinery manufacture and installation throughout rooms and suites – New M&E services – Installation of new sanitary ware – Doors and windows – New floor finishes – Internal decoration works throughout – Signage.
Upon handover there were no mistaking that the client was impressed with Cumberland’s skills and abilities
